This book gives a great overview of investing in real estate, stocks, bonds and starting a business. The author also covers Economics, mortgages and accounting for investors. There is a lot of good information and the writing is clear. The book is easy to read and at around 200 pages, is also a quick read. I like what this book has to offer, but it is by no means exhaustive. It will give a beginning investor enough information to know what some of the instruments to building wealth are and what to study to learn more about them. I think it is a good book to have in your library of investment and wealth building books. The 3rd edition was written in 2014I was offered a free Kindle version (1st edition, 2011) of this book, without any strings attached. After reading the book, I decided to purchase the print version to have on my shelf for future reference.
First off, please don’t approach this book as an ordinary everyday read, because it’s not. It is a small textbook that educate you on the do’s and don’ts on how to execute in buying a home, starting the proper business entity, investing and more. Please purchase this book if you are an aspiring entrepreneur, or a student looking for a guide on how to execute the right investment
Amazing book and Im only a few chapters in. Not a fluff book it’s very informative! Can’t wait to start my investments. I feel so much more knowledgeable already.
Great book. I read it daily. It’s not a book that you just read once and put down. It’s a living and breathing guide of how to make better and smarter choices for yourself and or family! I strongly recommend this to anyone that wants to start to learn how to approach money and use it for the tool that it is!
